Terms & Conditions

Bookings:

  • Confirming your Booking a minimum of at least 4 weeks in advance is suggested to ensure availability.
  • Cabelle’ requires a deposit on all bookings.
  • A receipt and or invoice will be provided upon request.
  • We endeavour to reply to all enquiries within 7 days

Payment

  • Please notify us when you send your payment and ensure that you include your name and date of function so that we can track your payment.
  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque, money order or bank transfer. Bank transfer details are available on request.
  • All cheques should be made payable to “Tricia Reck”.
  • Do not send cash in the mail.
  • Final payment must be made one week before the event/wedding.

Additional charges

  • If you wish for the ensemble to play longer on the day this can be negotiated with the ensemble. Any extension will be subject to the availability of the ensemble past the originally agreed finishing time and will attract the overtime charges mentioned above.
  • Travel charges apply to venues outside of the Greater Brisbane Area.
  • Other charges may apply.

Cancellation

  • Notice of a minimum one week is required to cancel a booking. The initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If final payment has been made, this will be refunded (minus the deposit)

Performance Requirements and Conditions

We require (unless we have arranged otherwise)

  • 4 chairs with no arms, that we can sit and play on for extended periods of time.
  • Adequate lighting – so we are able to read our music.
  • Shade if playing ouside – and a glass of cold water would be appreciated.

As our instruments are very delicate we will not play if it is raining, even just a tiny bit as this will ruin our instruments. We suggest having a plan B in case the weather is not appropriate.
